All KRK watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of delivery, against any manufacturing or mechanical defects.

In case of an issue, contact us at info@krkwatches.com within 48 hours of delivery, or from discovering a hidden defect. If eligible, we will repair, replace, or refund the watch at our discretion. Return shipping to us is at your cost; all other costs are covered by us.

Products must be returned in their original packaging using a tracked and insured service. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, shocks, or exposure to magnetic fields.
