Pre-Order Policy

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet physically available in our warehouse but is currently in production. The delivery times for pre-order products differ from standard ones and are indicated on the collection page. Since these items are still being produced, the provided dates are approximate and may be subject to change. In case of delays, we will promptly update the information.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

• Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. In this case, a refund will be issued immediately after the cancellation is confirmed.
• After this period, cancellation before delivery is no longer possible. This is because pre-orders are used to plan and schedule production. Late cancellations could disrupt the production process.
• In any case, the legal right of withdrawal remains valid: the customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, following the standard procedure.

Can I return a pre-ordered product after delivery?
Yes. You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, following the standard return procedure.
