Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to these Terms.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, as well as to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Subject to statutory warranties, we do not guarantee that the User’s subjective expectations regarding products will always correspond to their personal perception.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
If an order is modified or canceled, we may attempt to notify you using the email address and/or phone number provided.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website, including valid contact and payment details.

You agree that your comments will not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.
SECTION 9 – PERSONAL DATA
The submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the Privacy Policy section of the site.
SECTION 10 – PRICES AND TAXES
All prices on the website are expressed in euros (€) and exclude VAT and other applicable taxes within the European Union.
For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price.
If such charges are not paid, the refund will be processed only after the goods are returned, minus any related costs incurred.
SECTION 11 – DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer using couriers chosen by the Seller.
We will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible; however, during peak periods, deliveries may take longer.
For pre-ordered items, delivery times are indicated on the product page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
If the package shows signs of tampering or damage, it is advisable to accept it with reservation and report the issue immediately.
To facilitate claim management, we recommend reporting any delivery problems within 24/48 hours of receipt, without prejudice to full consumer rights under applicable law.
SECTION 12 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The User has the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the day the User, or a person designated by them (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the User must clearly communicate their decision to withdraw by sending an email to: info@krkwatches.com.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and including all original packaging and accessories.
Protective films, if present, should be kept intact; their absence, combined with signs of wear, scratches, or tampering that compromise the product’s integrity, may result in denial of the refund.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The return must be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which the User communicated their decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the Seller will notify the User via email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
The Seller does not accept returns for personalized or custom-made products. Such items are considered personalized and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
If the Customer requests a repair or replacement under warranty, or an exchange for a different product, this choice is final and cannot later be converted into a refund request.
Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be processed before delivery. However, the right of withdrawal remains valid after delivery, as outlined above.
In the event of refusal of delivery, all related costs will be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
SECTION 13 – LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity under the Consumer Code.
The Seller guarantees that the goods conform to the contract, are free from defects, and suitable for their intended use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
